Credentials: Steve – Bachelor of Arts degree in Christian Education, Associate of Arts Degree, Certified in Life Innovations Prepare and Enrich, and in Couples Communication I and II by Interpersonal Communication Programs. Graduate of Rapport Leadership International. Susan – Psychology and Sociology Degrees from Southwest Baptist University. Graduate of Rapport Leadership International.

Steve and Susan founded Eagle Family Ministries in 1996 after having served full-time on two Southern Baptist churches. Steve and Susan have worked heavily in providing Biblical instruction in the areas of pre-marital coaching and family relationships. Their education, years of experience, and burden to minister to marriages and families is what helped to prepare them to meet the many challenges and opportunities that God has placed before them in Eagle Family Ministries.

Experience: Bruce has been a career and life coach for professional and executive men and women for the majority of his 30 years business experience. He sang and traveled with the Sonshine Quartet for many years, and still reunites with the group for special concerts.
After seeing some of their closest friends divorce after 30 years of marriage God has placed a call on Bruce and Leta’s lives to marriage ministry. They have a heart toward working with couples to renew their love and commitment. Bruce works with churches in scheduling conferences as well as logistical work with our weekend retreats. He would be excited to visit with you about scheduling a conference for your church or group!

BRAD FRANKLIN

Credentials:  Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC);  Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy; Member of the American Association of Christian Counselors;Master of Arts degree in Religious Education; licensed and ordained minister;Brad received a BA in Religious Education

Brad began his career in mental health in 1990 at the Psychiatric Institute of Fort Worth in Fort Worth, Texas working with addictions. He moved to Northwest Arkansas in 1993 to work as a family therapist with a medical practice. He has been in the ministry over 15 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. He has served on staff with First Baptist Church of Bentonville, Arkansas as a counselor and associate pastor, and with Hyde Park Baptist Church in Austin, Texas. He was the director and primary therapist of the New Hope Counseling Center in Springdale, Arkansas for five years. Brad is also  the Co-Founder and an active counselor at Fresh Roots Counseling Center in Rogers, Arkansas.
